- Prepare campaigns for subscribed contacts, use lists and segments, schedule a send, or build a list-triggered Automation with an ordered email sequence.
- Transactional email
- Send receipts, confirmations, account messages, and alerts through the API using HTML, plain text, or published templates.
- Reusable content
- Start from the template gallery, edit an independent workspace copy, and publish a fixed version for campaigns or product emails.
- Delivery records
- Follow each accepted recipient through the recorded delivery states. Delivered means the recipient server accepted the email, not that it reached an inbox or was read.
