All prices are in USD. The plan cards show the complete included capacity and current additional usage rates.
Plan allowance and Top-up balance are different things.
Your subscription determines monthly product capacity. Purchased top-ups are separate prepaid funds for additional usage. RouteKite keeps the two visible without combining them into one dollar figure.
1
Choose the monthly plan
Your plan includes a defined number of email recipients plus contacts, domains, workspaces, team members, and storage.
2
See usage in real units
RouteKite shows recipients sent, contacts used, attachment delivery, storage, and remaining allowance without turning plan value into a confusing dollar balance.
3
Use top-ups when needed
Purchased credit stays separate as a Top-up balance and covers additional approved usage. Its purchase and expiry history remain visible.
Estimate a normal month before choosing.
Enter expected recipients, contacts, workspaces, domains, and team members. The estimate compares the base plan with the additional capacity your scenario requires.
Usage calculator
Estimate your month.
Enter your expected monthly email recipients, subscribed contacts, workspaces, domains, and team members. Compare the base subscription, required capacity blocks, recipient usage, and expected additional balance for each plan.
Additional capacity and recipient usage draw from the same included plan balance. The expected top-up is the amount beyond that balance. Attachment delivery and paid storage are not included. This calculator does not select a plan, enable capacity, or create a charge.

Common questions
Before you choose a plan
Do transactional and campaign emails use separate allowances?
No. Each accepted recipient uses the same monthly email-recipient allowance, whether the message is transactional or part of a campaign.
What happens when the included allowance is used?
Additional usage requires available Top-up balance and the capacity settings approved by the account owner. RouteKite does not silently present plan allowance as cash.
Are attachments included in the recipient count?
The recipient counts as one email recipient. Attachment delivery is measured separately by delivered data volume.
Can I change plans later?
Account owners can manage the plan from Billing. Current status, renewal timing, and any pending change stay visible before confirmation.
